As they say, not all stories are written by fate. Because some stories seem straight out of Bollywood films. Today’s story is a typical Hindi film. This couple had a blast at their wedding. With lots of dancing, the wedding had the most dreamy & beautiful decor.
Pehla Pehla Pyaar
They say people find love in the most unexpected situations and at most unexpected place and the person who once was not so special becomes the center of your universe. Things were not so different with Rishabh who was looking was his someone special. It was the spring of 2015 when Rishabh went on to join Infosys Mysore campus with zero hopes to find his soul mate among the crowd of more than 10000. Training started, classes went on and one fine afternoon while having lunch he saw a very sweet and innocent face that sparkled to him amidst the crowd.
After a long wait of 10 days he again saw her, but this time it was different, the face hadn’t left his mind since that afternoon, he was quite nervous to see her again as he just wanted to go and talk to her but never wanted the first impression to get wasted as he realized that this feeling was more than just an infatuation. After a pump from his friends, he finally went on and introduced himself. He stood there so dumbstruck that he even forget to ask her name but asked her out for coffee. And, as it happens in the movies she obviously didn’t come. Then started Rishabh’s struggle to follow the girl he assumed, he loved. After a few rejections, she did accept Rishabh’s proposal to meet him once over coffee. Priya introduced herself with no expectations at all and unexpectedly their conversation went on for more than 2hrs and it was when they both felt that something sparkled between the two.
Their version of ”2-States”
4 months passed but for them, it was like a wrinkle in time as they were now totally into each other, 4th of May, Rishabh proposed Priya to be his “Someone Special”, Priya also said Yes after realizing that Rishabh might be the one for her. Just when everything seemed so dreamy, Both Priya and Rishabh had to move to different cities for their next assignment, they had no clue that they would end up in a Long-distance relationship this soon. With weak and still concreting foundation of their relationship both parted ways with a promise to give it all for this relation to survive.
Through ups and down that nobody could have ever imagined both Priya & Rishabh held strongly to their relation and after a wait of almost 2 year they were together in the same city. The distance never hampered their bond. The compassion & trust they had for each other only grew stronger with time.
Now both wanted to take this relationship to the next level but for Rishabh it was not the time when he could confidentially stand in front of Priya’s father and ask him to marry his daughter to him. So, they both decided to give more time to this relation and choose to again stay away from each other while Rishabh completed his master’s and landed up getting a good job. These 2 years were not easy for Priya, as she again was far from her love and felt alone most of the times, their meetings in these 2 years were limited to 3-4 times a year which made them both realize how much they need each other.
Mujhse Shaadi Krogi?
Rishabh finally got to meet Priya’s father and everything went as expected with their parents being extremely happy about their relation. Finally, they started planning for their dreamy wedding. On 2nd March 2020, they tied the knot in a dreamy ceremony in Tivoli Veda surrounded by their loved ones, their joy could easily be felt by their faces as they promised to love each other truly through good and bad times and be there for each other forever.
Pre-Wedding Photoshoot
Their pre-wedding was based on their own love story. It was shoot at Picture destination. This pre-wedding is so out-of-control-pretty, as these two lovies explore around beautiful backdrops before their Big Day. And if you think this is good…just you wait until the wedding up next!
Engagement Ceremony
The engagement ceremony was held at Mapple. To look royal and elegant, Priya chose a light turquoise colour lehenga by kishlaya Official and she completed her look with minimalistic makeup. On the other hand, Rishabh wore a stunning blue bandhgala with dhoti style pants, and he looked dapper. After exchanging the rings, their relatives and friends mesmerised everyone with their dance performances.
Mehndi Ceremony
The decor and floral arrangements were absolutely gorgeous. For the Mehndi ceremony, Priya has chosen a yellow embroidered lehenga and she looks absolutely gorgeous.
Haldi & Choora Ceremony
The Choora and Haldi ceremony was held at their respective homes. It was a sweet and simple ceremony filled with madness. Notice our gorgeous bride in a simple and elegant colourful suit!
Wedding Ceremony
For the wedding outfit, Priya kept it traditional with a regal red lehenga with intricate embroidery by Sudhir Bhai Sareewala and her makeup was done by Rashi Sehgal Her dainty jewellery is definitely personifying elegance and grace. Rishabh wore a classy off-white sherwani by Grooms Club Karol Bagh and teamed up with a matching Safa. Everything about this wedding was Insta worthy.
